I got my new video card today as well, going to be installing it here in the next few hours.. Be Prepared tonight guys BE PREPARED!!!!!

It won't fit!!!!! It's WAAAAAAYYYY TOOOO BIG! I just emailed newegg, I am going to ship it back.. I just got back from Fry's Electronics I took my Tower down there with me and said what card will fit in here? GTX 260 is too big HD 5770 is too big.. So I had my option of a 4870 or GTS 250.. I went with the GTS 250 and it BARELY fits. I can maybe stick a my pinky finger inbetween the GPU and HDD and its a VERY TIGHT fit.. lol

You guys gotta realize I have never had a "good" card I have had a ATI Voodoo3, Nvidia 7600GS and an Nvidia GT210 I figured all video cards were that size... BOY WAS I WRONG!@#@#!$ But Oh well I got the EVGA GTS 250 OC 1GB DDR3 so I should be able to play BC2 with no problems. Oh and it was on sale for 129.99 and it has a 20.00 Mail in Rebate so I really barely paid 100 bucks for it =)

Figured you knew that card was big. Some cards barely fit Mid ATX cases as well. Some people have to modify their case to make a video card fit. Too bad you had to get rid of the card. It would have been beast.

Well see I looked at the HAF 992 Case at Fry's and I realized how big GOOD gaming cases were.. I have an Alienware Gaming Case it's just Mid ATX and its like 8 - 10 years old. When I saw that 992 HAF Case I was like HOLY F*#$en S*$T!!!!! I just got done installing the my new drivers.. I just ran Tune Up Utilities, defragging my HDD as we speak then I am going to run Check Disk and I'll be ready to play!! I already see HUGE results just with my desktop and the new resolution of this card. The forum colors and text/image clarity is freaking amazing!!

congrads munky!!!  i should have the game by the end of the week. i will be AFK from monday to thursday. im going to stay at a hotel with the family for vacation.
